WWWdoc is a program enabling a Association client to use his company's holdings deposed in the Archive from any location and using any operating system.

The system offers the following functions:

• The system operator is able to view and manage all documents, users and companies.
• The client is not able to see which companies are logged in the system, users are identified with an ID and a password, only the administrator of the whole system can determine which user belongs to which company.
• The user can be allowed to enter documents into the system and edit them from a web page.
• Files with various extensions can be added to the system.
• The system enables a quick and easy search within the documents of a given company.
